How to do it
- Stand upright with feet shoulder-width apart, holding a dumbbell in one hand.
- Keep your arm straight and lift the dumbbell in front of you until it is parallel to the ground.
- Pause briefly at the top, then slowly lower the dumbbell back to the starting position.
- Maintain a controlled movement and engage your core for stability.
- Repeat the movement for the desired number of reps, then switch arms.
