The Dumbbell One-Arm Front Raise targets the anterior deltoid muscles. This exercise helps in building shoulder strength and improving definition. It is performed with one arm at a time, allowing for focused muscle engagement and balance improvement.

How to do it

  1. Stand upright with feet shoulder-width apart, holding a dumbbell in one hand.
  2. Keep your arm straight and lift the dumbbell in front of you until it is parallel to the ground.
  3. Pause briefly at the top, then slowly lower the dumbbell back to the starting position.
  4. Maintain a controlled movement and engage your core for stability.
  5. Repeat the movement for the desired number of reps, then switch arms.
