The Dumbbell Lying Hamstring Curl is an exercise that targets the hamstrings. It involves lying face down and lifting weights with the legs to engage the muscles at the back of the thighs, improving strength and flexibility.
How to do it
- Lie face down on a flat surface, keeping your legs straight.
- Hold a dumbbell securely between your feet.
- Slowly bend your knees, lifting the dumbbell towards your glutes.
- Pause at the top of the movement, then lower the dumbbell back to the starting position.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
