The Curtsy Lunge Slide is a dynamic movement that targets the lower body while engaging core stability. This exercise improves balance and strengthens the quadriceps, glutes, and inner thighs, making it beneficial for overall leg development and coordination.

How to do it

  1. Stand with your feet hip-width apart, placing the towel under one foot.
  2. Slide the towel-bearing foot back and across behind your stationary leg, lowering your hips into a curtsy lunge.
  3. Keep your chest up and core engaged as you push through the front heel to return to the starting position.
  4. Repeat for the desired number of reps, then switch sides.
