Cable Concentration Extension on Knee targets the triceps by isolating them with a focused extension movement. This exercise is excellent for enhancing arm strength and definition.

How to do it

  1. Kneel on one knee in front of the cable machine, grasping the handle with an underhand grip.
  2. Keep your elbow close to your body and extend your arm downwards.
  3. Flex your triceps at the bottom, then return to the starting position slowly.
