Cable Concentration Extension (on Knee)

Cable Concentration Extension on Knee targets the triceps by isolating them with a focused extension movement. This exercise is excellent for enhancing arm strength and definition.
How to do it
- Kneel on one knee in front of the cable machine, grasping the handle with an underhand grip.
- Keep your elbow close to your body and extend your arm downwards.
- Flex your triceps at the bottom, then return to the starting position slowly.
