Barbell Hack Squat

The Barbell Hack Squat is an effective lower body exercise targeting the quadriceps primarily. It also engages the glutes and hamstrings while enhancing lower body strength and stability.
How to do it
- Stand upright holding a barbell behind you, feet shoulder-width apart.
- Lower your hips back and down as if sitting into a squat.
- Keep your chest up and knees tracking over your toes.
- Descend until your thighs are parallel to the ground.
- Press through your heels to return to the starting position.
