Mouth Two is a unique facial exercise that enhances the elasticity and strength of the cheek and jaw muscles. By practicing this routine, you can improve facial tone and help prevent the formation of wrinkles, providing a natural face-lifting effect.

How to do it

  1. Sit comfortably with your back straight and shoulders relaxed. Keep your lips gently closed.
  2. Inhale deeply, then slowly blow air into your mouth, inflating your cheeks like a balloon.
  3. Hold the air in for 5-10 seconds, feeling the stretch in your cheek muscles.
  4. Release the air slowly and relax your face. Repeat this exercise 8-10 times.
