How to do it
- Sit or stand in a comfortable position, keeping your spine straight and shoulders relaxed.
- Close your lips gently, ensuring your mouth is relaxed and not tense.
- Slowly move your closed lips to the right side, feeling a mild stretch in the cheek and jaw area.
- Hold for a moment, then move your lips to the left side, maintaining a consistent motion.
- Repeat the side-to-side motion for 10-15 repetitions, focusing on smooth, controlled movements.
