How to do it

  1. Sit or stand in a comfortable position, keeping your spine straight and shoulders relaxed.
  2. Close your lips gently, ensuring your mouth is relaxed and not tense.
  3. Slowly move your closed lips to the right side, feeling a mild stretch in the cheek and jaw area.
  4. Hold for a moment, then move your lips to the left side, maintaining a consistent motion.
  5. Repeat the side-to-side motion for 10-15 repetitions, focusing on smooth, controlled movements.
