Dumbbell Lying Pronation on Floor

This exercise involves pronating the forearm while lying on the side, using a dumbbell as resistance. It's designed to strengthen the wrist pronators, improving wrist stability and overall forearm strength.

How to do it

  1. Lie on your side with a dumbbell in your top hand, arm bent at 90 degrees.
  2. Rest your head on your lower arm and keep legs straight.
  3. Rotate your wrist to turn the dumbbell downward, pronating the forearm.
  4. Slowly return to the starting position.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, then switch sides.
