Dumbbell Lying Pronation on Floor

This exercise involves pronating the forearm while lying on the side, using a dumbbell as resistance. It's designed to strengthen the wrist pronators, improving wrist stability and overall forearm strength.
How to do it
- Lie on your side with a dumbbell in your top hand, arm bent at 90 degrees.
- Rest your head on your lower arm and keep legs straight.
- Rotate your wrist to turn the dumbbell downward, pronating the forearm.
- Slowly return to the starting position.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, then switch sides.
