How to do it
- Lie on your back with knees bent and feet flat on the floor.
- Hold a dumbbell on your hips with both hands for added resistance.
- Engage your core and squeeze your glutes to lift your hips towards the ceiling.
- Hold the bridge position momentarily, then lower your hips back to the ground.
- Repeat for the desired number of reps while maintaining control.
